• We will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during this attempt due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.
• Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
• The product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the list of serviceable cities.
• The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may slight vary in shape or design as per the availability. But we always try to send exact products.
• For Regular Cakes: Icing or decoration of cake may vary then actual image on website.
• For Special Cakes: We will try to make exact design as shown in image. Still it may slight vary then the actual image depends on the city.
• For Photo Cake: Design depends on the size and shape of the photo.
• Upon receiving the cake, immediately refrigerate it. Please allow it to come to room temperature before serving/eating.
• Upon receiving the sweets, immediately refrigerate them.
• We will try to deliver the product at the exact time every time. However, in case of inevitable circumstances, there might be a slight delay.
• While placing the order, please mention your suggestions in the "Special Instruction" box.
• Correct and elaborate Address (with landmark) and contact number of the recipient is a must while placing the order.
• In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date and time.
• Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges.

For Plants:

• The image displayed is indicative in nature.
• Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
• The number of leaves and the size of the plant depends on seasonal availability.
• Since flowers are seasonal in nature, flowering plants might be delivered without them.
• Flowers, if present in plant, may be in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
• Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
• Your gift may be delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery.
• A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products.
• No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
• Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
• The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.

For Courier Products:

• It will not be possible for us to accept any request for product exchanges/returns.
• We will replace a product with a manufacturing defect. Please let us know as soon as possible when you receive a defective product.
• Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.

• Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/not working/no reply or not connecting/reachable and delivery is not done.
• Recipient refused the products.
• Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
