Delivery Information:
- Orders received till 5:00pm will be delivered on the same day unless the delivery date is mentioned.
- Orders received after 5:00pm will be delivered the next day.
- We deliver on Sundays also.
- For Standard Delivery and Remote Town Delivery: Attempt to deliver the product will be done anytime between 9:00am to 9:00pm as per your selected time slot. We will try to deliver your gift ASAP as per your selected time slot after receiving your order.
- For Fix Time Delivery: We will try to deliver a product in your selected time slot. However, sometimes there can be some variation in time of +30 or -30 mins.
- For Midnight Delivery: Delivery will be made between 11.00pm to 11.59pm on the mentioned / asked delivery date. However, sometimes there can be some variation in time of +15 or -15 mins. Note: If the occasion is on 16th Jan then select 15th Jan as a date of delivery. We will deliver the product on 15th Jan Night between 11.00pm to 11.59pm.
Delivery Information:
- When your flowers arrive, just trim the stems and add water. Re-cut 1-2” of the stems at a 45-degree angle.
- Use a clean vase and clean water.
- Remove the leaves below the water line but do not remove all leaves along the stem length.
- Check the water level daily and replenish it as needed.
- Don’t place flowers in direct sunlight or near any other source of excessive heat.
- Upon receiving the cake, immediately refrigerate it.
- Leave it in the fridge until it is time to cut and serve.
- The cake should be placed back in the fridge and should be consumed within 24 hours.
